Crab Dip: Dungeness crab and deep -sea Red crab, artichoke hearts and Parmesan cheese, served with grilled garlic sourdough baguette.
Crab Cakes: Dungeness and deep-sea Red crab lightly breaded and pan-fried with sweet chile-plum sauce and beurre blanc.
Jumbo Chipotle Hot Wings: Tossed in Steve’s sweet smoky hot sauce, with bleu cheese dipping sauce.
Onion Rings: Dipped in house-made beer batter and fried to golden brown, served with BBQ chipotle mayo.
Grilled Prawn Skewers: With roasted red pepper coulis and beurre blanc.
Calamari: Coated in our specially seasoned flour and quick-fried, served with basil aioli.
Oysters Half Shell: Half dozen local Pacific oysters shucked to order, with mignionette sauce.
Fresh Local Mussels: Steamed with garlic, herbs, onions, butter and white wine. Steamed Manila Clams: garlic, herbs, onions, butter and white wine.

Blackened Prime Rib Steak Salad: Prime Rib packed with Cajun seasonings and served on a bed of Romaine and cabbage, Gorgonzola cheese, tomato and red onion, tossed in basil vinaigrette.
BBQ Chicken Salad: Seasoned and grilled boneless chicken breast with organic spring mix topped with corn, black beans, red onion, southwest ranch dressing and frizzled onions.

Mount Walker Burger: Half-pound hand-formed ground Angus chuck beef patty served with mayo, frizzled onion, smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and BBQ sauce on Ciabatta bun.
Black and Bleu Burger: Half-pound hand-formed ground beef patty seasoned with Cajun spices and pan-seared, with Gorgonzola, chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato and red onion.

Smoked Turkey, Bacon and Cheddar Sandwich: Grilled on garlic bread with chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
Caprese Panini: Fresh tomatoes, carmelized onions, Mozzarella and basil vinaigrette grilled on a hearty Italian white bread.
California Crab Melt: Dungeness crab, guacamole, tomato and melted cheddar cheese served open-face on toasted Panini bread.

Sirloin Steak: Choice 8oz Angus Beef Company sirloin seasoned and grilled with herb butter, served with herb-roasted Yukon Gold potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
New York Steak: 12oz Premium Choice Angus Beef Company steak seasoned and char-grilled.
Alaskan Coho Salmon Filet: Cedar planked with beurre blanc OR seasoned and char-grilled with citrus butter and blackberry puree.
Crab Cakes: Dungeness crab lightly breaded and pan-fried with sweet chile-plum sauce and beurre blanc, served with jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables.
Seafood Linguini: Clams, mussels, calamari and prawns sautéed with garlic, herbs and spices and tossed with pasta and marinara sauce.
Northwest Cioppino: Rockfish, salmon, clams, mussels and prawns simmered in a spicy, light tomato broth. Served with garlic bread.
